    In December 2014, 40 participants (24 in Nevis and 16 in St. Kitts) successfully completed the Training for Optimal Performance of School-leavers (TOPS) Program: Professional Level which is a component of Recognising Everyone’s Ability to Climb Higher (REACH). They received training leading to Microsoft Office Specialist certification offered by The Qodesh Institute, and pursued certified Life and Work Skills courses facilitated by the UWI Open Campus in preparation for employment. Participants in this three-month program also received a monthly stipend of $1,400.00 from SIDF.
